New Features
Faceted Search
The new Faceted Search sidebar allows users to filter their collectables by selecting specific attributes that they’re looking for. For instance, if you’d like all objects by two different artists, simply check off their names in the sidebar. If you’d like to further filter by a certain location, you can simply select the proper location from a list of all locations. You are now left with all objects by the two selected artists that are located in a certain location.
This feature can be accessed by clicking “Filter” under your Group title at the top of the page. Here’s what the new interface looks like.
Multi-Account View
Many Collectrium users have access to multiple accounts for various use cases. Multi-Account view allows these users to aggregate data across all accounts into a single dashboard. From here, they can view collectable information from each account without having to sign in to these accounts individually. Users can also created aggregated reports. This feature is not currently enabled for most users on the Collectrium Platform. It can be activated by the Collectrium DevOps team on a user by user basis for certain accounts that may require it.
