Conservation Request Form

Conservation has been added as a new option in the Request Services section of the Group Action Menu. cons1 Selecting Conservation will display the following service request form: cons2

Shipping Instructions Customs Status

There is now a new section titled Customs Status for Shipping Instructions. The new section can be found in the details tab. Here’s what the new displayed modal looks like when a user clicks the Edit button: customs1

Single Name Artists

Users can now add a single name artist to their collection. To do this, simply add the artist name in the “Last Name” field of the Add Artist modal. add_artist

System Improvements

Account Export of Non Fine Art

Full account exports now include a collection’s Non Fine Art objects such as Watches and Transportation.

USPAP Report Improvements

Users now have the ability to choose either Letter or A4 page sizes when generating their report. We have also improved the layout of the USPAP report so that the heading line is no longer shown on each page.

Sort Artists by First and Last Name

Users can now sort their Artists by first or last name in descending or ascending order. Prior to this, Artists could only be sorted by their Full name, which prioritized first name over last. Users can access this feature by clicking on “First Name” or “Last Name” at the top of their list of artists. art_sort

Accession Number When Adding Objects

When manually adding a new object to a collection, users can now enter an Accession Number for that object if they wish.

Bug Fixes

Many bug fixes were made this release. Notable among them:

  • Searching for an object with only part of the value now functions correctly.
  • Group cover images are correctly displayed in accounts that were created through the Collectrium Customer Support Onboarding process.
  • Users can now once again view sub-locations of sub-locations.
