New Features
Expanded Options for Sign In Landing Page
Users have always had the ability to choose where in Collectrium they should first land after signing in. This list has been augmented with Locations, Acquisitions, Sales, Valuations, Insurance, Conservations, Exhibitions, and Expenses. This setting can be changed in the Account settings in the Profile Tab under Default Landing Page.
TIFF File Support
Users can now upload TIFF files as images for Objects.
System Improvements
Estimated Value Field
Objects now have an additional field titled Estimated Value where users can input the value they feel best represents their object. This new field can be found in the Object’s Detail page in the Description Tab under the Status section.
Accession Number in the Self Service Importer
For users who utilize the Self Service Importer, there is now the option of importing an Accession Number for each of their Objects. The Self Service Importer can be accessed through the Account Settings in the Account tab under the Collection Import & Export section.
Bug Fixes
Many bug fixes were made this release. Notable among them:
- Sorting by Date now correctly orders entries chronologically.
- The ‘Add Object’ workflow now looks similar across all transaction types.
- Insurance Information now displays correctly in the List View. This was affecting a small number of accounts.
