New Features

Autogenerate Invoice and Accession Number Settings

Users now have the option to set the nomenclature for how Accession Numbers are autogenerated. Users also have a more concise workflow for deciding how invoice numbers are autogenerated. In the Account Settings Configurable Fields tab, under the Auto Generate section, choose Accession No. and/or Invoice No to be presented with the following menu:

System Improvements

Placeholder Text

Placeholder text has been added to additional input fields throughout the web app in order to provide helpful examples. In some cases, fields that already had placeholder text have been updated with new values.

Dashboard Insights for Objects With No Artist or Maker

When viewing the Dashboard sorted by Artist/Maker, users can now view details on the subset of their objects that do not have an Artist or Maker assigned.

Bug Fixes

Many bug fixes were made this release. Notable among them:

• Sorting objects by ‘Net to Seller’ now loads objects correctly.
• We have fixed a problem with entering text in textboxes that caused the typing cursor to unpredictably ‘jump’ from one spot to another.
• A problem was fixed that caused the ‘Deselect All’ button to operate incorrectly for a small subset of groups.
• Adding hyperlinks in textboxes now functions correctly.
• Sorting by Date now works correctly.
