System Improvements
Artist Selection
Users searching for an artist to assign to an object are now able to clearly differentiate between the artists that already exist in their collection and those that do not. Birth and death dates are also now provided to improve the selection process.
Improved Object Selection
It is now possible to select a range of objects with ease. Select the first object within the range, hold down the SHIFT key, then select the last object within the range. All objects within the range will then be selected.
Regions Added for Local Formatting Preferences
Users are now able to determine the default formatting preferences (for currency, numbers, date & time) for up to 30 global regions.
Dedicated Collection History Page
The Collection History timeline has been relocated and can now be viewed on a separate page in the Dashboard section.
Required Field Messages
Users will notice clear and consistent notifications when certain fields are required upon entering new or modified information.
Bug Fixes
Many bug fixes were made this release. Notable among them:
- A problem was fixed where artists names were duplicated when added to an object, resulting in multiple versions of the same artist being saved on the Artists list page.
- Changes made by users to Contact information are now saved correctly.
- “Select All” function now correctly selects all objects when used in Smart Groups.
