System Improvements

Reports

There are many fields that are specific to non-fine art classifications that are available to report on in the Reports module. We reviewed all these fields and amended their names so you know which ones belong to which classifications. For example, the field “Complications” is now labeled as “Complications (watches)”, so you know the field will only appear in the report for objects classified as watches.

Help Portal

We added a link to the Help Portal under the Support tab for settings. Click on the button to see our knowledge base of help articles, frequently asked questions, and other useful information.

Bug Fixes

Many bug fixes were made this release. Notable among them:

• We fixed a bug where objects created using the self-service importer were not sorting properly by accession number.
• On the object detail page, if there is an expense entered for the object,the line item will now correctly reflect the total.
• If you add a unique entry to the Expense Type field on an Expense transaction, it will now be available for use on other expense transactions as well.
